Are your technicians certified?

Yes. Our technicians progress through a 4-year certification program which includes web-based learning, on-the-job training, and knowledge verification. Upon completion of the program, our technicians graduate as CETs (Certified Elevator Technicians), but their education and learning doesn’t stop there. They continue to receive additional internal technical and safety training as well as meeting all continuing educational requirements.
